If you type a name, location, or other term into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Madison County Inmate Population does not host jail records and does not keep its own log of those submitted search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we may keep the information you provide long enough to read it, respond, and manage the request. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a legal requirement applies.
